I am an Of Counsel of DFA Law Firm since January 2006 and I deal with administrative law, by assisting companies, public bodies and their affiliates, both in judicial and non judicial matters.

My main practice areas concern public contracts (procurement, works and services concessions, project financing and other forms of PP partnerships) and other procedures with public relevance for the allocation of public assets and/or contributions, construction and urban issues, environmental law, public companies and local public services, administrative trade licenses.

I am contract professor of administrative procedural law at Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali of the University of Milan and regularly participate as teacher or lecturer in courses, masters, seminars and conferences.

As a former partner of the Law Firm Villata, Degli Esposti e Associati in Milan, since January 2019 I am partner of the Law Firm Cocco Salomoni Santoro.

I practice between Milan and Vicenza.
