Professional Activity
I mainly deal with tax litigation. I assist tax payers who are called before the tax justice department, prepare opinions, provide advice on tax planning, and (even internationally) I deal with the preparation of appraisals and due diligence.
I provide my consultancy in all areas of tax law – from taxation of individuals, companies and groups, to international taxation and financial markets, from VAT and indirect taxes, to transfer pricing and external furnishing – assisting taxpayers in the tax collection procedure, which is also compulsory.
I participate as a speaker in conferences and seminars on tax defence and I am the author of numerous publications on tax matters.
