Mr Andrea Cevese and Mr Andrea Bagni of DFA Law Firm, together with the advisory firm CF Partners, with Mr Domenico Girardi and Mr Domenico Ruffilli, assisted Liking S.p.A. in the transfer of its full share capital to FVS SGR S.p.A. – a company fully owned by Veneto Sviluppo.
Linking SpA is a company active in the production of hard and filled candies, toffees, organic candies and tablets, manufactured under its own trademark and for private labels, mainly addressed to mass retail channels and to Italian and foreign Ho.Re.Ca. channel. The company is leader in the concerned market segment in Italy and gained significant market shares also abroad.
The operation was possible thanks to Sweetly, a corporate vehicle which the Corno family invested in, together with FVS.
